Onion(s), finely sliced

Butter

Champagne

Ground nutmeg, ground
Preparation
- Sauté the onion in the butter and douse with the champagne.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil and blend smooth using an immersion blender.
- Season to taste and serve.
