QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, chilled
1tbsp
Sugar
60ml
Milk
250g
Lindt@ cherry pralines (extra strong), melted
Preparation
Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip with the sugar until completely smooth, ensuring that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
Add the milk and continue to whip until the required volume has been achieved. Quickly fold in the melted Lindt® Kirschstengeli and fill into glasses.
Allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
