QimiQ Whip Dessert Cream Vanilla, chilled
1package
Strudel or filo pastry
100g
Raspberries
Preparation
- Prehat the oven to 200 °C (conventional oven).
- Cut squares out of the strudel pastry (approx. 10 cm). Place 6 coffee cups upside down onto a baking sheet and place 2 strudel pastry squares diagonally on top of each so that the cup is covered.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 7 minutes and carefully remove from the coffee cups. Allow to cool.
- Whip the cold QimiQ Whip Vanilla until the required volume has been achieved. Fill into a piping bag and pipe into the strudel pastry shells.
- Decorate with the raspberries and serve.
Hints
- Refine the vanilla cream with a dash of Advocaat.
