Ingredients

For 6 portions

  • 250g

    QimiQ Whip Dessert Cream Vanilla, chilled

  • 1package

    Strudel or filo pastry

  • 100g

    Raspberries

Preparation

  1. Prehat the oven to 200 °C (conventional oven).
  2. Cut squares out of the strudel pastry (approx. 10 cm). Place 6 coffee cups upside down onto a baking sheet and place 2 strudel pastry squares diagonally on top of each so that the cup is covered.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 7 minutes and carefully remove from the coffee cups. Allow to cool.
  4. Whip the cold QimiQ Whip Vanilla until the required volume has been achieved. Fill into a piping bag and pipe into the strudel pastry shells.
  5. Decorate with the raspberries and serve.

Hints

  • Refine the vanilla cream with a dash of Advocaat.
