Ingredients

For 10 portions

  • 500g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 250g

    Low fat quark [cream cheese]

  • 1pinch(es)

    Salt and pepper

  • 1tbsp

    Horseradish, freshly grated

  • 2tbsp

    Dill, finely chopped

  • 1ea

    Lemon(s), juice and finely grated zest

  • 2tbsp

    Dry vermouth

  • 200g

    Smoked trout fillet , finely chopped

  • 250g

    Cream 36 % fat, whipped

Preparation

  1. Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the quark, seasoning, horseradish, dill, lemon juice and vermouth and mix well.
  2. Carefully add the finely chopped fish.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Pour the mixture into small moulds lined with cling film and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
