QimiQ Classic, unchilled
250g
Low fat quark [cream cheese]

Salt and pepper

Horseradish, freshly grated
2tbsp
Dill, finely chopped

Lemon(s), juice and finely grated zest
2tbsp
Dry vermouth
200g
Smoked trout fillet , finely chopped
250g
Cream 36 % fat, whipped
Preparation
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the quark, seasoning, horseradish, dill, lemon juice and vermouth and mix well.
- Carefully add the finely chopped fish.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into small moulds lined with cling film and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
