Ingredients for 1 Loaf tin(s)
  • 250 g QimiQ Cream Base
  • 100 g Almonds, ground
  • 4 Egg(s)
  • 4 cl Rum
  • 150 g Candied fruits
  • 2 small pinch(es) Cinnamon
  • 230 g Flour
  • 2 small pinch(es) Baking soda
  • 60 g Raisins
  • 100 g Walnuts, chopped
  • 100 g Marzipan (almond paste), grated
  • 8 g Baking powder
  • 220 g Butter, melted
  • 190 g Brown sugar
  • Butter, for the baking tin
Method
1.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (air circulation).
2.
Mix all the ingredients together well and fill into a greased loaf tin.
3.
Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 50 minutes.
