Ingredients for 1 x 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip
  • 250 g QimiQ Whip Coffee, chilled
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 50 ml Amaretto
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ Whip coffee smooth. Add the mascarpone, milk, icing sugar and Amaretto and whisk until completely smooth.
2.
Pour into the iSi Gourmet Whip. Screw in two chargers, shake well and chill.
3.
Shake well before serving.
