Pacojet - Feta Cheese Mousse

Ingredients

For 1 Pacojet beaker

  • 220g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 350g

    Feta cheese

  • 50ml

    Milk

  • 30ml

    Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour into a Pacojet beaker and freeze at -23 °C for approx. 24 hours.
  3. Pacotise.

Hints

  • To produce a lighter and fluffier mousse, fold in 100 g half whipped cream
