Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, chilled
  • 180 g Mascarpone
  • 200 g Mango(es), cut into pieces
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 1 Lime(s), juice only
Method
1.

Blend all ingredients with a hand mixer.

2.

Whip until desired volume has been reached.

3.

Freeze.

4.

Tip: Serve with coconut flakes.
