Ingredients

For 6 portions

  • For the white chocolate mousse

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 40g

    Powdered sugar

  • 250g

    White chocolate

  • 1tsp

    Grand Marnier

  • 250g

    Whipping cream 36 % fat

  • For the dark chocolate mousse

  • 250g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 40g

    Powdered sugar

  • 250g

    dunkle Schokolade

  • 1tsp

    Grand Marnier

  • 250g

    Whipping cream 36 % fat

  • For the berry glace

  • 200g

    Berries, frozen

  • 50g

    Granulated sugar

  • 0.5

    Lime zest

Preparation

  1. For the white chocolate mousse: whisk QimiQ Classic smooth and add icing sugar.

  2. Melt the white chocolate and gently stir into the QimiQ mass.

  3. Add the Grand Manier and fold in the whipped cream.

  4. Allow to chill for approx. 3 hours.

  5. For the dark mousse: repeat all steps using the dark chocolate.

  6. For the berrie glace: mix the berries with the sugar and heat until all of the liquid has been reduced.

  7. Puree with an immersion blender until smooth and add lemon zest.

  8. Serve as desired.
