Lamb´s Lettuce Salad with Walnut Dressing

Ingredients for 10 portions
  • 50 g QimiQ Classic, unchilled
  • 80 ml Walnut oil
  • 150 ml Vegetable stock
  • 25 ml Raspberry vinegar
  • 10 ml Port, white
  • 40 g Walnuts, roasted, grated
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 g Lamb’s lettuce
Method
1.
For the dressing, blend the QimiQ, oil, stock, vinegar and port until smooth.
2.
Add the walnuts and season to taste. Toss the lamb´s lettuce the walnut dressing.
