Feta Spread with QimiQ Classic

  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 150 g Feta cheese, broken into pieces
  • 4.2 g Salt
  • 0.3 g Pepper
  • 40 g Olive oil
  • 1.8 g Sugar
  • 80 g QimiQ Classic
  • 60 g Milk
Method
1.

Whisk the QimiQ Classic smooth. Slowly add the olive oil and mix.

2.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
