Waffles with Vanilla Mousse

  • For the vanilla mousse
  • 250 g QimiQ Whip Dessert Cream Vanilla, chilled
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Strawberries, to decorate
Method
1.

For the vanilla mousse: whisk the chilled QimiQ Whip Vanilla smooth. Add the cream cheese and sugar and whip until desired volume has been reached.

Pipe the vanilla mousse onto the waffles. Decorate with strawberries and serve.
