QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, chilled
100g
Amarettini [Italian almond biscuits]
2cl
Amaretto
150g
Mascarpone
60g
Powdered sugar
80ml
Milk
Raspberries, to decorate
Mint , to decorate
Preparation
- Drizzle the Amarettini with the Amaretto.
Slightly whip the chilled QimiQ Whip.
Add the mascarpone, sugar and milk and whip until desired volume has been reached.
- Fold the Amarettini drizzled with Amaretto into the cream.
- Arrange in dessert glasses and decorate with raspberries and mint leaves.
