Ingredients
For 10 portions
- 650g - QimiQ Classic, unchilled 
- 200g - Beetroot(s), cooked 
- 100g - Mascarpone 
- 50g - Butter, liquid 
- 2g - Orange zest 
- 10g - White balsamic vinegar 
- 10g - Salt 
- 5g - Horseradish, grated 
- 500g - Arctic char fillet(s), smoked 
Preparation
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Fill into moulds and allow to chill for at least 4 hours.
- Cut the smoked char into slices and serve with the Panna Cotta.
