Cauliflower florets

Butter

Lemongrass

Curcuma

Cilantro, ground

Preparation
Simmer cauliflower with lemongrass, turmeric, coriander and salt in butter until soft.
Finely puree all ingredients together.
Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
