Ingredients for 1 kg
  • 110 g QimiQ Cream Base
  • 110 g QimiQ Classic
  • 200 g Rapeseed oil
  • 100 g Mango puree
  • 100 g Passion fruit puree
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 130 g Sugar
Method
1.

Whisk the QimiQ Classic until smooth and mix with the QimiQ Sauce Base in a mixer.

2.

Add the sugar, cream cheese, puree and mix well.

3.

Slowly add the oil and mix well.
