Spiced Chocolate Topping in the iSi Dessert Whip

Ingredients for 1 x 0,25 L iSi Dessert Whip
  • 125 g QimiQ Whip Chocolate
  • 75 g Milk
  • 0.5 g Cinnamon, cardamom, clove
  • 50 g Heavy Cream
  • 10 g Rum
Method
1.

Using an immersion blender, mix all the ingredients together until smooth.

2.

Pour into a 0.25 litre iSi Dessert Whip through the iSi funnel & sieve. Screw in a charger and shake 3 or 4 times.

Pipe into glasses and decorate as required.
