  • 40 ml Sunflower oil
  • 400 g Shrimp, peeled
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 80 g Sweet pepper(s), finely diced
Method

Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Slowly add the vegetable oil and mix well.
3.
Add the shrimps, seasoning and diced pepper and mix well.
