Milk, 0.1 % fat

Preparation
- Stir the cold QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream (previously QimiQ Whip) in the whipping machine until fluffy.
Add the mascarpone, milk, banana puree (mix the soft bananas), sugar, lemon juice and rum and whip at the highest speed for 3 minutes.
Hints
- You could also use pieces of pear instead of bananas.
