Smoothie raspberry

Preparation
- Stir the cold QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream (previously QimiQ Whip) in the whipping machine until fluffy.
- Add the quark, raspberry smoothie, sugar and frozen raspberry and whip at the highest speed for 3 minutes.
Hints
- You could also use fruit nectar instead of smoothies.
- You can reduce the calories by replacing the sugar with 5 g of sweetener (Natreen liquid).
