For the cream
50g
Limoncello lemon liqueur
25g
Lemon juice
3g
Lemon zest
25g
Bourbon vanilla sugar
For the ladyfingers
200g
Ladyfingers
250ml
Raspberry puree
Lemon juice
Additionally
Raspberry powder
Preparation
Lightly whip the chilled QimiQ Tiramisu (approx. 5 - 6 °C) in a mixer
or hand mixer.
Add the remaining ingredients and whip until the desired volume
has been achieved.
Line the bottom of a bowl with ladyfingers. Mix the raspberry
puree with the lemon juice. Drizzle it over the ladyfingers and cover with some of the cream. Continue layering until the ladyfingers,
raspberry puree and cream habe all been used. The top layer
should always be cream.
Chill for approx. 30 minutes (at 5 - 6°C). Dust with raspberry powder
before serving.
Hints
For a nonalcoholic version, replace limoncello with lemon jam.
