Preparation
For the cream: Whip the chilled QimiQ Tiramisu (approx. 5-6 °C) in a mixer or hand mixer on the highest setting for approx. 2 minutes. Fold in the melted chocolate.
Line the bottom of a bowl with ladyfingers. Drizzle the ladyfingers with lukewarm espresso and cover with some of the cream. Continue layering until the ladyfingers, espresso and cream have all been used. The top layer should always be cream.
Chill for approximately 30 minutes (at 5-6°C). Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
For the espresso chocolate sauce: Heat the espresso with icing sugar and Amaretto and reduce by half. Add the cocoa powder and melted dark chocolate and stir until smooth.
