QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream, chilled
40g
Sugar
100g
Milk
150g
Chocolate
Preparation
Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip until completely smooth and ensure that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
Add the sugar and milk and whip for 2 minutes until the required volume has been achieved.
Gradually fold in the melted chocolate, stirring constantly.
Chill for 4-6 hours before serving.
