QimiQ Classic Vanilla, unchilled
4tbsp
Sugar
250ml
Whipping cream 35-36 % fat
100ml
Caramel syrup
Preparation
- Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic Vanilla smooth. Add the sugar and milk and mix well.
- Pour the caramel syrup into the bottom of small moulds.
- Pour the QimiQ mixture onto the syrup and allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
- Tip out of mould to serve.
