Ingredients

For 6 portions

  • 200g

    Onion(s), finely chopped

  • 1tbsp

    Olive oil

  • 50g

    Smoked sweet paprika

  • 750ml

    Clear vegetable stock

  • 1ea

    Bay leaf

  • 1tsp

    Marjoram, rubbed

  • 1pinch(es)

    Salt and pepper

  • 500g

    Potatoes, peeled

  • 500g

    Pumpkin, peeled

  • 250g

    QimiQ Cream Base

  • 1ea

    Red pepper(s), medium diced

  • 1ea

    Yellow pepper(s), medium diced

Preparation

  1. Fry the onions in olive oil until soft. Add the paprika powder, douse with the vegetable stock and season to taste. Add the potatoes and cook for a further 10 minutes.
  2. Add the pumpkin and continue to cook until soft.
  3. Stir in the QimiQ Sauce Base and bring to the boil.
