Ingredients

For 6 portions

  • 250g

    QimiQ Whip Chocolate, chilled

  • 250g

    QimiQ Whip Dessert Cream Vanilla, chilled

  • 20g

    Coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Whisk the cold QimiQ Whip Chocolate and coconut flakes until the volume has doubled (approx. 4-5 minutes). Pour into a loaf tin lined with cling film.
  2. Whisk the cold QimiQ Whip Vanilla until the volume has doubled (approx. 4-5 minutes). Pour onto the chocolate FlipUp and freeze.
