Preparation
- Fry the leek and sweet red pepper in butter. Add the pumpkin and fry lightly.
- Add the vegetable stock, cover and allow to cook for 20 minutes.
- Finish with the cold QimiQ Classic, blend smooth and adjust the seasoning.
