Red pepper(s), chopped

Onion(s), finely sliced

Olive oil

Tomato paste

Paprika powder

Clear vegetable stock
50ml
Pickle vinegar
1pinch(es)
Salt and pepper

Oregano
1ea
Garlic clove(s), finely chopped
Preparation
- Fry the peppers and onion in oil. Add the tomato puree and paprika powder, fry for a few minutes and douse with the vegetable stock.
- Add the gherkin juice and seasoning and bring to the boil.
- Stir in the QimiQ Sauce Base and continue to cook until the required consistency has been achieved. Blend smooth.
