Preparation
- Slice the top off the peppers and remove the pips.
- Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip Pastry Cream until completely smooth, ensuring that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
- Add the remaining ingredients and continue to whisk until the required volume has been achieved.
- Fill the peppers with the mousse and chill well.
