Ingredients

For 10 portions

  • 500g

    QimiQ Whip Chocolate, chilled

  • 40g

    Coconut flakes

  • 500g

    QimiQ Whip Dessert Cream Vanilla, chilled

Preparation

  1. Whisk the cold QimiQ Whip Chocolate and coconut until doubled in volume (approx. 4-5 minutes). Pour into 2 loaf tins lined with cling film.
  2. Whisk the cold QimiQ Whip Vanilla until doubled in volume (approx. 4-5 minutes). Pour onto the chocolate FlipUp in both tins and freeze.
