Mixed herbs, finely chopped

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220 °C (conventional oven).
- Mix the QimiQ Sauce Base with the herbs, mustard, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
- Season the pork medaillons, fry on both sides and remove from the pan.
- Spread the pork medaillons with the QimiQ Sauce Base mixture and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 5-7 minutes. Allow to rest for approx. 5 minutes before serving.
