Ingredients

For 10 portions

  • 500g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 200g

    Nougat nut spread, e.g. Nutella®

  • 250ml

    Milk

  • Rum , to taste

  • 250ml

    Cream 36 % fat, whipped

Preparation

  1. Whisk QimiQ smooth.
  2. Add the nougat, milk and rum and mix well.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream.
