QimiQ Classic, unchilled

Salt and pepper
1heaped tbsp
Horseradish, finely chopped
1tbsp
Dill, finely chopped
1dash of
Lemon juice
1tsp
Dry vermouth
200g
Smoked trout fillet , finely chopped
250ml
Cream 36 % fat, whipped
Preparation
- Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the quark, seasoning, horseradish, dill, lemon juice and Vermouth and mix well.
- Carefully add the finely chopped fish.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into small forms lined with cling film and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
- Tip out of the form and garnish to serve.
