Ingredients

For 4 portions

  • 250g

    QimiQ Cream Base, chilled

  • 400g

    Tagliatelle

  • 1tbsp

    Olive oil

  • 1ea

    Onion(s), finely chopped

  • 1tbsp

    Butter

  • 100ml

    Dry white wine

  • 250ml

    Clear vegetable stock

  • 1pinch(es)

    Salt and pepper

  • 1tbsp

    Dill, finely chopped

  • 400g

    Prawns, peeled

  • 1ea

    Lemon(s), juice and finely grated zest

Preparation

  1. Cook the tagliatelle al dente in salted water with olive oil.
  2. For the sauce, fry the onion in butter until soft. Douse with the white wine and reduce. Add the stock and bring to the boil.
  3. Add the shrimps and warm in the sauce.
