QimiQ Cream Base, chilled

Tagliatelle

Olive oil

Onion(s), finely chopped

Butter

Dry white wine
250ml
Clear vegetable stock
1pinch(es)
Salt and pepper

Dill, finely chopped

Prawns, peeled

Lemon(s), juice and finely grated zest
Preparation
- Cook the tagliatelle al dente in salted water with olive oil.
- For the sauce, fry the onion in butter until soft. Douse with the white wine and reduce. Add the stock and bring to the boil.
- Add the shrimps and warm in the sauce.
