Ingredients

For 4 portions

  • 125g

    QimiQ Cream Base

  • 70g

    Onion(s), brunoise

  • 5g

    Garlic, finely chopped

  • 20g

    Butter

  • 400g

    Savoy cabbage, diced

  • 50ml

    White wine

  • 100ml

    Clear vegetable stock

  • 1pinch(es)

    Salt and pepper

  • 1small pinch(es)

    Ground nutmeg, grated

  • 1small pinch(es)

    Caraway seed powder, ground

Preparation

  1. Fry the onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add the cabbage and sauté lightly for a short time.
  2. Douse with the white wine and vegetable stock.
  3. Finish with the QimiQ Sauce Base, season to taste and serve.
