Ingredients

For 8 portions

  • 540g

    Puff pastry[Tante Fanny], = 2 packages

  • 800g

    Seasonal mixed vegetables, finely diced

  • 35g

    Butter

  • 75ml

    Water

  • 500g

    QimiQ Classic, unchilled

  • 3

    Egg(s)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Ground nutmeg

  • 250g

    Ham, finely diced

  • g

    Butter, for the baking tin

  • Flour, for the baking tin

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200° C (conventional oven).
  2. Pre-prepare the pastry according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Cook the vegetables in water with butter until firm to the bite.
  4. Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the eggs and seasoning and mix well.
  5. Add the diced ham and vegetables and mix well.
  6. Line a greased and floured baking dish with the puff pastry.
  7. Pour the vegetable mixture onto the pastry and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for approx. 10 minutes, portion and serve.
