    QimiQ Classic Vanilla

  • 250g

    QimiQ Cream Base

  • 50g

    Sugar

  • 5cl

    Rum

  • 0.5ea

    Vanilla bean, scraped

  • 125ml

    Whipping cream 35-36 % fat

Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil and continue to cook until the required consistency has been achieved.
