Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic
  • 2 Cucumber(s), peeled
  • 400 ml Vegetable stock
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 40 ml White balsamic vinegar
  • 40 g Crème fraîche
  • 1 Garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 1 tsp Dill, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth. Add remaining ingredients and continue to blend until smooth. Allow to chill well.
2.
Garnish as required and serve.
