Chicken & Brine:
- Soak the chicken wings in the brine for 6 hours.
- Rinse the chicken wings in cool water.
- Set the smoker to 225°.
- Cook the wings for 2 ½ hours.
- Remove and allow to cool completely.
- Fry at 350° for 8 minutes.
- Toss with the Garlic & Parmesan Sauce.
