  • For the sponge base
  • 6 Jaja
  • 300 g Sećera
  • 1 pakiranje Vanilin šećera
  • 1 prstohvat Sol
  • 1 Limuna, sok
  • 0.5 Limuna, sitno naribana korica
  • Aeoma ruma
  • 250 g Brašna, glatkog
  • Maslaca, za kalup
  • 250 g Jagoda
  • Sastojci za kremu
  • 250 g QimiQ Classica, neohlađenog
  • 250 g Grčkog jogurta
  • 80 g Sećera
  • 1 pakiranje Vanilin šećera
Method

Preheat the oven to 160 °C (convection oven).

Whisk the egg whites until fluffy. Add the rest of the sugar and continue to whisk until stiff.

Sift the flour and fold it into the egg yolk mixture alternately with the egg white.

Fill into a greased cake tin and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes.

Priprema kreme: Neohlađeni QimiQ Classic izmiješati u glatku smjesu. U smjesu umiješati ostale sastojke.

Kremu rasporediti na podlogu za torte te dekorirati s jagodama.

Hladiti najmanje 4 sata.

Prema želji- zaliti želeom za torte.

Tip: Refine the cream with finely grated lime zest.
