Tomatoes Stufffed with Mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 portions
  • 125 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 125 g Mozzarella, coarsely grated
  • 1 tbsp Natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp Basil, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • 4 Tomato(es), firm
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Add the grated mozzarella, yogurt, basil and seasoning. Mix well and season to taste.
3.
Slice off the tomato tops and put to one side.
4.
Scoop out the tomato flesh with a teaspoon.
5.
Spoon the filling into the tomato cases and replace the tops on the slant to serve.
