For 1 x 2 pint [1 litre] iSi Gourmet Whip

QimiQ Whip
85g
Cream cheese
140g
Tomato paste
140g
Dried tomatoes
120ml
Olive oil
200ml
Milk
Garlic, squeezed
Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Blend the ingredients together until completely smooth (strain if necessary).
- Pour into a 1 litre iSi Gourmet Whip, screw in one charger and shake well.
- Keep in a hot water bath at a maximum temperature of 150° F.
- Shake well before serving.
