Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients for 6 portion
  • 500 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 80 g Sugar
  • Pulp from 1 vanilla pod
Method
1.
Whisk QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Add the coconut milk, sugar and vanilla and mix well.
3.
Pour into individual molds and chill for at least 4 hours (preferably over night).
4.
Tip out of the moulds and decorate with fruit salad or fresh exotic fruits to serve.
