Ingredients for 10 portions
  • 250 g QimiQ Classic, room temperature
  • 500 g Cream cheese
  • 320 g Smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 10 g Dill, finely chopped
  • 100 g Horseradish, grated
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Method
1.
Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth.
2.
Add the cream cheese, salmon, dill and horseradish and mix well. Season to taste.
