Crunchy Coffee Kahlua Ice Parfait

Ingredients for 10 portions
  • 500 g QimiQ Whip, chilled
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 25 g Corn syrup
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Kahlúa
  • 10 g Instant coffee powder
  • 100 g Chocolate drops
  • 10 Chocolate cups, 36 g each
Method
1.
Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip until completely smooth, ensuring that the entire mixture is incorporated (bottom and sides of bowl).
2.
Add the sugar, corn syrup, milk, Kahlua and instant coffee and continue to whisk until the required volume has been achieved.
3.
Fold in the chocolate drops, fill into the chocolate cups and freeze for approx. 3 hours.
4.
Allow the parfait to soften for approx. 20 minutes before serving.
