Preparation
- For the base: mix the Cini Minis with the melted butter and press into the base of a cake tin.
- For the filling: bring the milk, sugar and cinnamon together to a boil. Add the semolina and stir until the mixture thickens. Allow to cool.
- Whisk the unchilled QimiQ Classic smooth. Add the semolina mixture and mix well. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Spread one quarter of the cream evenly over the base and cover with a layer of cherries. Finish with the remaining cream and allow to chill for approx. 4 hours.
- Coat the cake with the chocolate glazing and chill for a further 30 minutes. Serve decorated with cherries.
