Ingredients

For 12 servings

  • 125g

    QimiQ Sauce Base

  • 1tbsp

    Sunflower oil

  • 3

    Egg(s)

  • 250ml

    Milk

  • 1tbsp

    Rum

  • 1package

    Vanilla sugar

  • 375g

    AP Flour

  • 175g

    Sugar

  • 1package

    Baking powder

  • 1pinch(es)

    Salt

  • 15g

    Cocoa powder

  • 150g

    Banana(s), diced

Preparation

  1. Preheat an oven to 320 °F (air circulation).
  2. Mix the QimiQ Sauce Base together with the oil, eggs, milk, rum and vanilla sugar.
  3. Mix the flour with the sugar, backing powder, salt and cocoa powder and carefully fold into the cake mixture.
  4. Fold in the diced bananas and pour the mixture into greased muffin molds.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for apporx. 30 minutes.
