
Ingredients
For 12 servings
- 125g - QimiQ Sauce Base 
- 1tbsp - Sunflower oil 
- 3 - Egg(s) 
- 250ml - Milk 
- 1tbsp - Rum 
- 1package - Vanilla sugar 
- 375g - AP Flour 
- 175g - Sugar 
- 1package - Baking powder 
- 1pinch(es) - Salt 
- 15g - Cocoa powder 
- 150g - Banana(s), diced 
Preparation
- Preheat an oven to 320 °F (air circulation).
- Mix the QimiQ Sauce Base together with the oil, eggs, milk, rum and vanilla sugar.
- Mix the flour with the sugar, backing powder, salt and cocoa powder and carefully fold into the cake mixture.
- Fold in the diced bananas and pour the mixture into greased muffin molds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for apporx. 30 minutes.
