Ingredients

For 10 portions

  • 625g

    QimiQ Sauce Base

  • 100g

    Butter

  • 100g

    Onion(s), finely diced

  • 250g

    Apple(s), finely diced

  • 125ml

    White wine

  • 870

    Vegetable stock

  • 500g

    Chestnut puree

  • Salt and pepper

  • pinch(es)

    Gingerbread spice

Preparation

  1. Fry the onions and apples in the butter until soft. Douse with the white wine. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the chestnut puree and season to taste. Add the QimiQ Sauce Base and bring to a boil.
  3. Blend until frothy and serve immediately.
