Preparation
- Fry the onions and apples in the butter until soft. Douse with the white wine. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
- Add the chestnut puree and season to taste. Add the QimiQ Sauce Base and bring to a boil.
- Blend until frothy and serve immediately.
