Preparation
- Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip until completely smooth, ensuring that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl).
- Add the yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and lemon zest and continue to whip until the required volume has been achieved.
- Pipe into dessert glasses and chill well.
- Serve decorated with lemon zest, thickened lemon juice and mint leaves.
Hints
- Use quark, kefir or buttermilk instead of yoghurt as an alternative.
- Calorie content can be reduced by using sweetener (Natreen) instead of sugar.
