QimiQ Classic, chilled

Onion(s), finely chopped

Butter
750ml
Clear vegetable stock
300g
Zucchini, diced
Salt and pepper
1tbsp
Mixed herbs, finely chopped
Preparation
- Fry the onion in butter until soft.
- Douse with the vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
- Add the zucchini and continue to cook until tender.
- Blend the soup and finsh with the cold QimiQ Classic. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with the fresh herbs.
